2. Digital Products

Digital products include downloadable PDF forms, templates, guides, and other digital content.

Once a digital product has been successfully delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available to the user, it shall generally be considered non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be provided merely because:

  • Refunds will generally not be available after drafting work has started.

  • Cancellation requests made before the scheduled consultation may be considered.
  • If the consultation has already been provided, no refund shall be available.
  • Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.

7. Order Cancellation

Users may request cancellation before work on the order has commenced.

Once drafting, customization, consultation scheduling, or service execution has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

8. No Guarantee of Legal Outcome

NyayMitraPro.in provides documentation assistance and related services. Refunds shall not be granted merely because:

  • A government authority rejects an application.
  • An RTI request is denied.
  • A court, tribunal, authority, or department does not grant the desired relief.
  • The user does not achieve the intended legal or administrative outcome.
