By placing an order on NyayMitraPro.in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

1. Nature of Our Services

Most of our products and services are digital in nature and involve immediate delivery, professional expertise, intellectual work, and customization.

2. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on NyayMitraPro.in are generally final.

Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, it shall be treated as a final and binding purchase.

Accordingly:

  • Digital products are non-returnable.
  • Digital products are non-refundable.
  • Customized services are non-returnable.
  • Customized services are non-refundable.
  • Legal drafting services are non-refundable.
  • Documentation services are non-refundable.
  • Consultation fees are non-refundable after the consultation has been provided or the consultation slot has been reserved.

The user acknowledges that digital products cannot be “returned” once delivered or made accessible.

Once any digital product has been:

  • delivered;
  • downloaded;
  • emailed;
  • accessed;

  • otherwise provided,

it shall be deemed successfully supplied.

No refund, replacement or exchange shall be available thereafter.

Refunds shall not be granted merely because:

  • the user changes their mind;
  • the product is no longer required;
  • the wrong product was selected by the user;
  • the user failed to read the product description;
  • the user lacks technical knowledge;
  • the user expected a different format despite the description;
  • the user purchased the same product more than once by mistake.

4. Customized Drafting & Documentation Services

Customized services include preparation of:

  • Applications
  • Affidavits
  • Agreements
  • Petitions
  • RTI Applications
  • Replies
  • Representations
  • Complaints
  • Other customized legal or documentation work.

Since these services require professional time, research, drafting, and customization based on information supplied by the customer:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after work has commenced.
  • No refund shall be available after drafting has started.
  • Minor corrections based solely on the originally supplied information may be provided at our discretion.
  • Additional drafting arising from new facts, new documents, or changed instructions may require additional charges.

5. Consultation Services

For online consultations:

  • Cancellation requests received before confirmation or scheduling may be considered.
  • Once a consultation slot has been confirmed or reserved, cancellation may not be accepted.
  • Once consultation has been conducted, no refund shall be be available.
  • Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice shall be treated as a “No Show,” and the consultation fee shall stand forfeited.

6. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests may be considered only if:

  • work has not commenced;
  • no digital product has been delivered;
  • no consultation has been scheduled;
  • no customization has begun.

NyayMitraPro.in reserves the sole discretion to accept or reject cancellation requests.

7. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • duplicate payment for the same order;
  • multiple charges caused by a payment gateway error;
  • payment received but service cannot be provided by NyayMitraPro.in;
  • digital product cannot be delivered due to a verified technical failure that cannot reasonably be resolved;
  • order cancelled by NyayMitraPro.in before commencement of work.

Approval of refunds shall remain entirely at the discretion of NyayMitraPro.in after verification.

8. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved:

  • refunds shall be processed through the original payment method wherever possible;
  • processing generally takes 7–15 business days;
  • actual credit timelines depend upon the payment gateway, bank, UPI provider, card issuer, or financial institution.

NyayMitraPro.in shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment intermediaries.

9. Incorrect Information Provided by User

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all information, documents, names, dates, addresses, and other details provided for drafting are complete and accurate.

NyayMitraPro.in shall not be liable for refunds arising from:

  • incorrect information submitted by the customer;
  • incomplete documents;
  • misleading instructions;
  • omission of material facts.

10. Government Decisions & Legal Outcomes

NyayMitraPro.in provides documentation assistance and drafting support only.

We do not guarantee:

  • approval by any government department;
  • issuance of any certificate;
  • acceptance of any application;
  • favourable court orders;
  • favourable legal outcomes;
  • administrative approvals.

Accordingly, refunds shall not be granted merely because:

  • an application is rejected;
  • an RTI request is denied;
  • a notice does not produce the desired result;
  • a court dismisses a matter;
  • a government authority rejects a request;
  • the customer fails to achieve the intended legal or administrative objective.

11. Chargebacks

Customers agree to first contact NyayMitraPro.in regarding any payment-related dispute before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.

Where services or digital products have already been delivered, NyayMitraPro.in reserves the right to contest any unwarranted chargeback with supporting evidence.

12. Fraudulent Claims

NyayMitraPro.in reserves the right to reject any refund request that is found to be fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or made in bad faith.

Repeated misuse of the refund process may result in suspension or permanent restriction of access to our services.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NyayMitraPro.in’s liability in relation to any order shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the customer for the concerned product or service.
